Summary of Experience

Professional Background

With 20 years’ career experience, I am a dynamic and accomplished leader.  A leading industry magazine published an article detailing my profile, projects, and accomplishments.  I am the creator of "iParts by AIS", a mobile application for the iPhone / iPad, providing companies with parts identification, re-stock / supply and procurement capabilities.

I am a certified Salesforce.com administrator.  I led a successful Salesforce.com CRM implementation project inclusive of account management, tracking, workflow, forecast and reporting capabilities.  I served as the administrator and subject matter expert of Salesforce.com CRM (click here for details of my salesforce experience).  Having a passion for improving user experience, I have led three successful website development projects. All websites contained features that were "first to market" which established the leader role in e-commerce with-in the market it served.

I have many years experience in a leadership role, having management duties as well as responsibilities for overall business success.  As the leader of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul business unit, I created a repair and overhaul vendor network to outsource the overhaul and repair of aircraft brakes and starter generators, expanding API's capabilities.  Processes were developed to manage each job and vendor, resulting in fast turnaround times and ultimately, ensuring the program’s success.  Through negotiations with the vendors of API's repair and overhaul network, I established the largest rotable pool and availability in API's history.

In conclusion, having excelled in many different aspects of a business, I am a cross-functional professional that is fully capable to deliver results in multiple aspects of a business.
